Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all FELCO tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
